Having lived and worked in several countries around the world and helping people secure international opportunities through her work as an executive recruiter, our founder Clare Fenwick has personal experience of making this transition and living the ‘expat life’.

Equally, we work with organisations seeking to make the relocation of executives to new locations and teams as seamless, productive and successful as possible. • International Career Management Coaching - Working with individuals to define and design their international career action plan and in securing their next career move in a new location.
• Transition Coaching - Providing support throughout the transition and relocation process and continues through the first few months of the new appointment.
